Cheating

Confession time, I cheated and I feel terrible. I love the man I am with and now he wants all kinds of details. I told him i was moving on and going to see someone else and now he wants to to when, where, why, names, places EVERYTHING...... I don't want to hurt him anymore than i already have but I want to save our relationship.  I did it out of spite and revenge cause he was totally ingoring me, waking away, not answering his phone to me and when i asked him if we were still together he said, Y   E   A   HHHHHH..... How much information should i share with him and what is the limit.
