Changes gives one something to look forward too.

Have had a moment of clarity.  I have been having difficulty falling a lot with no major injuries just black and blue and soreness.  I have been dealing with irradict sleep patterns, confusing. Forgetful,  nausea and vomiting. Aching all over. Have been on narcotics for several years. Made a decision that when completed with hep c tx ( they do not want to make any changes in any of my meds till I am completely thru. Am taking steps to formulate plans, goals, and steps to achieve goals. I may not always be as positive as today but my goal this week is to list just one step or way to achieve a goal. I am determined not to loose sight of my long term goals. Will not allow myself to loose sight of the my long term goal. Thank you everyone for your support.

I use a cane. Do you think a cane would help you? Having goals is so helpful. I find it eases my mind.Good luck.
