Change of plans

Due to some financial difficulties...it looks like we won't be moving now.  We are probably going to stay in the apartments until at least after the first of the year.  However, I am using this opportunity to remodel and rearrange the apartment to make it look and feel nicer and more like a home.  So far, I have rearranged the movies, put up some of my own photography on the wall, and put up some floral arrangements and a gorgeous design on the kitchen wall and cabinets.   I am planning on getting rid of the two ugly blue chairs that we have and getting a nicer living room suite.  I am also going to go rent a carpet cleaner and see if I can get some of the stains out of it from where my children have spilled things.  I have already started a strict "no food or drinks in the living room" rule with my children.  I really want this place to look good.  I am tired of all the clutter!!  Updates to come.
