Change Is Here

i lived a hard rough life much different from others. honestly i wouldnt change any of it cause i wouldnt be where im at today and know the things i know or the people ive met. i would rather change the lifes of the people i talk to. almost all my friends are gone due to overdoses. it kills me to see it happen and im ready to reach and try to save a few lifes. ive learned not to try and save my life because ive tried ending it so many times and gods kept me around i always wondered why but i believe i know now. you can fix yourself better if you helping other people because you learn things about yourself and then soon you know more abput yourself and whats wrong by helping others and learning new things to do that helps with yourself. 8 or 9 years ago i wouldnt be couhgt doing what i do now because i was worried about my name and how big it was and now i dont i worry about my health and helping other because it helps alot when you get told hey that really helped me can you talk to me more maybe i can learn more from you. i never herd that fro anyone until i started fixing my self. and its a good feeling to hear someone tell you that and makes you push yourself even more to do whats rite. my life is starting to turn around and for the people stalking me well i guess they gave up or took a break when they saw me stand back up and fight twice as hard as before. they wanted me to break but i dont break that easy but i do give up on things but this i didnt and they must have said we need a break to come up with a bigger plan lol well bad news is its a waste of time thier plans are not going to work so now its time to turn tables on them and push them to break push them to fail at what they do maybe with me puching at these people and breaking them may make them leave other alone after see us all stand up and fight for each other against those who want us to fail or those that stalk us every day. im here to help every one that has helped me and i will be the one that stands up for the struggling ones . ITS TIME TO BREAK THIS SHIT TAKE IT OVER DONT LET IT TAKE YOU OVER!!!!

Scotty, you have figured out the magic formula. So proud of you and finding your mission in life. Focus on your mission, and ignore the sick ones who were stalking you. No doubt they have moved on. No need to jump back into that mess. Keep empowering those you are there for. Congrats!

Good for you Scotty. Please don't forget who got you to this point (you seem to know now that God is responsible). You can be an awesome witness for Him to the many lost souls fighting addiction. As you said, it helps you to help others. God bless you. Prayers continue

ill be with you and everyone here pushing and pushing until there is a break through it can be done. I know if i can anyone can and im willing to help how ever i can but i cant read minds so you have to ask if not i wont know lol. i just feel instead of laying in the bed i made for my self like everyone says to do (( you made it so sleep in it)) yea i made it and will continue to until its made rite. i dont know anyone who only makes there bed once there entire life. thats kinda how i see it and have based part of my recover on it. I may not be the brightest color of the coloring box or the smartest person but ive been where some people have not and a have certain smart some people doesnt have and i also i have book smarts as well so why not put two and two together and make something good out of it. Once a addict all ways one and i still have triggers and things that make me want to use but i choose not to and move even spent money plenty of times and end up flushing it down the drain when i got home . Its not as easy as it sounds and it wasnt a walk in the park the 3 weeks i set in this place detoxing and throwing up everything they was giving me. i just live off that clip of my life to stay clean cause i went thru hell and back in that place but i got better day by day with no meds on the 2nd week cause then i would be getting high off what they would give me so i stopped there on the spot i couldnt take it anymore the 6 years later here i am just starting to fully recover no only with drugs but mental health as well. but im here for anyone thanks

Glad we share a mission. Yep, hell and back, but we made it. Consider peer recovery coach, or even licensed A&D counselor for your future. Pay isn't great, but the rewards are beyond any price tag. Hugs.

"I don't know anyone who only makes their bed once in their entire life."

I love what you say, Scotty, in response to the permanence of "you made your bed, now you lie in it." Watching you not only bouncing back from tough times but also being determined to help others who have walked a similar walk is truly inspirational. I know that as a recovering addict, you will still face temptations/triggers. Just like you're there for others, don't forget we're always here for you too. Hugs.
