Some webinars are more interactive than others, and some allow the Employees to select their own subjects to discuss. Interestingly, if Staff Members have a specific question they wish to answer in the form of a quiz, they could do so on the webinar itself and can do it in real time, allowing the employee to find that a real person answer their question.
