Chat

Internet Explorer likes to freeze up on me in the middle of Chat.  The internet works best at three in the morning.  My brother is an internet networking tech for the govt. and he has noticed the same thing.  This country gets on the web in the afternoon until midnight and bog down the internet.  The internet has helped this world out using less paper for newspapers, books, mail, and so much more.
