I have always been a very centered, soulful, and spiritual person.  I own and read philosophy books.  I am in a transition in my life right now.  My training in relaxation techniques have come through.  I have never needed it as I do right now.  Stress causes exaserbations.  My main exaserbation that got me diagnosed was brought on by a car accident that if it were anymore serious, I would not be here.  I saw a band playing years ago called, "Cars are Coffins".  I have always thought this, but now it is more true than ever.  We can now get a coffin customized to envy a car.  You can pay thousands for one, something that is going to be buried in the ground until it decomposes.  I have heard of a funeral know that is exactly what I want to happen to me.  I always have wanted to be lifted to the top of a mountain and kicked off so my body could be eaten by the ecosystem and go right back to the earth.  I have heard now that you can get a green funeral.  Order online the book, "Man's Search for Meaning" by Victor Frankl.  He was a psychiatrist and sociologist, he was also a prisoner in a Nazi Concentration Camp.  The book is an account of his story.  Meditation really works.  I have a disc that I listen to everynight before I sleep that sets the proper waves in your brain.  I meditate daily.

I have kept my bank accounts very plain also. I always have been very happy making a little money. I listened to the advice of Ben Franklin, \"A penny saved is a penny earned.\"
