Cebu Pacific Air signs for Thales electronic flight bag solution
Cebu Pacific Air, a Philippine low-cost airline has selected Thales’ Aviobook Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) solution to digitise all their current flight dispatch documentation which will ensure that flight crew day to day operations, and their mission management are at the leading edge.
Under the agreement, Thales EFB will provide Cebu Pacific Air pilots a fully digitised solution that will increase their situational awareness and enable CEB to go paperless, reducing its additive aircraft fuel burn, and consequently its carbon emissions.

Pilots use Aviobook to prepare and optimise their flight in collaboration with the Airline Operation Centre. Cebu Pacific rolled-out 5th generation iPad tablets that contain the pilots’ EFB, an information management suite that helps flight crews perform the necessary tasks to fly and navigate an aircraft. Besides, the EFB solution will help Cebu Pacific Air reduce its environmental footprint and manage its operational costs.
