CD30 - 13dpIUI Beta TOMORROW
So, I was debating if I was going to write a journal or not yet ... but I thought, why not? So, I was getting impatient after Thanksgiving and POAS 10dpIUI and it was negative. So, I assume the Ovidrel shot was OUT of my system. I took another test this morning and got a FAINT Positive. (13dpIUI). I know it's still VERY early and it could still be a chemical pregnancy, or maybe my test 10dpIUI was not as sensitive and couldn't detect the HCG from the Ovidrel ... and today's test could detect the Ovidrel? (They were 2 different test, but both were supposed to detect 5-6 days BEFORE missed period). I don't want to get my hopes up. I haven't told my DH yet about anything, and I'll just wait until after my Beta tomorrow.
I don't feel any differently this month, if anything ... It feels EXACTLY like every other month. Slight cramps, similar to those I feel before AF and my breasts are slightly swollen and sore, but that's common as well. They are usually swollen and sore until the day AF arrives. I usually spot 2 days before AF too ... and I haven't had any spotting yet, but I do know that the progesterone suppositories that I am taking also can prolong my period.
Again, I'm trying to stay optimistic since I got a negative and then a faint positive 3 days later (so I hope that meant it was a real positive and not the ovidrel), but I'm trying to stay realistic at the same time.

It is definitely not the ovidrel. Either the ovidrel is in your system or it\'s not. In your case, you KNOW it wasn\'t. It sounds like the start of an awesome BFP! Can\'t wait to hear your beta tomorrow!

I say it\'s a BFP!! I tested 7days after my IVF transfer and got my first very faint positive. Can\'t wait to hear tomorrows news!

My last IUI resulted in a chemical pregnancy. If you took a test at 10 days and it was negative and you are seeing a positive now...I would think if was BFP too :-) The shots usually elongate your pregnancy as well. Mine went 4 additional days longer than usual. But this time....where I have a real BFP, I dont feel any different at all either! I usually spot two days prior too...but I didnt spot at all last month on the shot...

When do you go for your beta tomorrow? In the am? And do they call you in the afternoon with results?
Thanks everyone for the positive energy! I\'m trying to stay optimistic - and JBBABY - my doctor left me my blood word script at their office, and I just need to go pick it up! The lab is in the same building, so I\'m going to try and go FIRST thing in the morning, and HOPEFULLY I will get the results in the afternoon, if not the next morning. But, I\'m hoping if I go early enough, that I\'ll get results tomorrow as well! =)
I say it looks real positive so far. I know how hard it can be but for now two libes is way better than one no matter what. Hope you can get your result back tomorrow. If you have an HPT left I\'d see if the line is getting darker but that\'s just me, I\'m now up to 12 HPT.
