Caught!

Ran into somebody who mentioned that he saw me at the 7-eleven. I vaguely remembered saying hi to him & he mentioned casually that he thought I was occupied with a food binge. He knows I have a problem, but we are hardly close so he didn't confront me on it. I was on autopilot that day and that explains why I don't remember him. It's pretty awful to get caught stocking up on binge food by somebody I know. I guess its good that I ran into him b/c now I know I could be seen by somebody. Maybe it will deter me, but frankly I don't think it will.
