Cats & Dogs - Soul Mates?
Spirit Mates?
I'd seen more than once how Chows are very cat like within their conduct and attitudes and because I've had two of these in my life I can confirm this! With all this similarity I was still unprepared for my recent Chows love of cats. In case people need to dig up further on http://www.kiiitv.com/story/32078369/mojo-global-launches-free-consultation-on-my-big-fat-list-builder , there are lots of online resources people might investigate. For another perspective, please consider looking at: http://www.wmbb.com/story/32078369/mojo-global-launches-free-consultation-on-my-big-fat-list-builder . My last puppy chased cats like every genetically appropriate pup should do, so I was surprised at her feline fascination and my recent pup.
My pal Keisha was only five weeks old when she met her first pet. His name was Pongo and he was also five months old. We were browsing with family in Omaha Nebraska for Christmas and Keisha was decided to make friends with Pongo.
Pongo would have nothing to do with her!
They tip toed around each-other for three days even coming nose to nose eventually. Then on Boxing Day we had just finished our meal of leftoversyou know chicken sandwiches and such, when we heard an accident in your kitchen. Accepting nothing serious we were slow to react.
When we finally moseyed into the kitchen get started on the post lunch washing these were caught in the work! There they werePongo and Keisha nose to nose eating the chicken that some body (?!?!?) had pushed from the counter onto the floor. Maybe not him and they had a superb feast together and even after their label group mischief, Pongo was still unwilling to become fast friends although I believe he was just starting to warm up to the theory, after all Keisha had consumed the poultry!
Regrettably we had to leave before the relationship was cemented. Should you require to be taught more on http://www.nbc4i.com/story/32078369/mojo-global-launches-free-consultation-on-my-big-fat-list-builder , there are many on-line databases people can pursue. We have perhaps not seen Pongo since but Keisha responds most swiftly to his name still, over 3 years later.
Keisha is almost four years of age now and since meeting Pongo she's tried to make friends with every cat she meets. They have all wanted absolutely nothing to do with her. And then came MOJO.
Mojo is owned-by a neighbour and is an outdoor cat. He fully matches his title and struts through the cover as though he owns it and has complete control over all that decreases in it. H-e certainly has his MOJO goin o-n!
At first He was approached by Keisha cautiously, and he would bat at her with his paws, but never with claws out. Little by little they got closer and closer together. There is the dance around each other time that seemed really funny as each would take their turn jumping forward then backward not unlike some ritual. Then came the purring and then the coming over and belly sniffing. Next Mojo began to walk around and under Keisha logically getting his tail in her face. She was able to preserve her aloof pride when h-e does the trail in face point. All of this has evolved to Mojo coming for walks with us, h-e come to visit and waits at the door for Keisha to emerge to play. Keisha will put her paw o-n his bottom to have the game of pursuit going and he will begin the game by working or he'll roll onto his back and swat at Keisha with all four feet if Mojo is in the feeling. Mojo may be the leader in-the relationship regardless of his 10-lbs to Keishas 60!
It's one of the most wonderful thing to observe and the area is mesmerized by both of these fast friends.
To view them together one wonders why some dogs and cats get on and others wish to destroy each other. Is it perhaps a past life spent together? Early influences like Pongo? Maybe Keisha was a cat in her last life and hence the affinity for cats and cat like behaviour? Or are they just all very different souls with very different personalities and views? Who knows without a doubt? All I know is that my heart always warms when I see them together and am awed by this friendship that certainly seems like soul mates for action..
