cats & crackheads
Been feeding an orange cat for last couple months that has made its way though the yard of my rural ghetto empty adjacent flop house.
A few days ago, I thought the same cat was in my yard---turned out to be a second orange cat! I accidently deleted photos of that cat I fed, eating at same time of downstairs neighbor's cat I feed.
Few hours ago, a THIRD orange cat on my kitchen roof---this the origonal cat I saw years ago, and probably the mom cat of the other two.
Yesterday, the regular cat layed, in the cold wind, on a piece of wood with rusty nails on it (as photo shows), for about 6 hours, finally leaving when it got dark.
I feed these cats with leftover cat food, and started buying 3 or 4 cheapest cans for a dollar at nearby 5 & 10. Will send some photos and offer of donating money to local cat shelter, to see if they can rescue this trio before winter.
I totally reject that people cant afford to get their cat neutered, or cant afford whatever pet and abandon it. I've known mostly bums all my life, and have out-lived a # who have been dying off in their early 50s. My idiot dad who had a great job at Bethlehem Steel was always claiming poverty----I was too stupid till a few years ago to realize he just plain blew most of his check at the bars on Saturday. Same with various people I know in this town who blow money on lottery tickets that litter the streets and sidewalks.

Bless you for helping those kitties. Indeed its just an excuse ppl make for not taking proper care of their pets and buying junk instead.

probably from myself feeling abandoned, I can put myself into these poor cat\'s shoes/paws.
hopefully, the shelter in next town will catch them; i gave away my trap to my landlord cause i couldnt handle 4ever trapping cats
$150 from me if all 3 taken to shelter----which is what I could use for a new pair of glasses after glueing and scotch taping a pair i\'ve had for about 15 years.
