catch up

Hiya journal,   its been a while so here is just a general catch up..........i had a panic attack at work the other day there and i thought that i might have to go home early....i stuck it out and stayed till the end of the day and im glad that i did.  It started because i had a sharp pain in my head and i started to worry about what it could mean.........for the last couple of months i have been getting pins and needles and cramps up and down my legs and arms everyday, this is all along with headaches that seem to be centered in the middle of my head, so i have made an appointment with the dr for friday coming and i hope that i can get to the bottom of it.  I have suffered from low blood pressure as well and i wonder if this has something to with it, i think that its the not knowing that kills me........but hopefully i will get to the bottom of it.I will also have to get back on this site more often, i find that when it falls by the wayside for a while thats when i end up having an attack,,,very strange!!! maybe its because im not writing everything down that happens even if small and seemingly insignificant............anyhoo i will be off for now and i will update this when i know more of whats going on with me.TTFN
