Catch up

Well, let's see now.....
Where was I?
To have something to get up for helps a lot. Today I am wearing some new black jeans. I am going to take the train into town two hours before work and see if i can find some new sneakers for summer scrambles along the rocks by the beach. I also need a nail file...trivial but having my nails looking good is a small step in the right direction of self respect.
I love taking the train-seeing into the backs of people's gardens, and enjoying the wild flowers alongside the tracks. Zoom!
I will get in to Britomart around 11 and i don't start work til one which gives me 1 1/2 hours to shop. I had a preliminary looksee last Thursday and didn't find what I wanted but hopefully I will find what I want today.
I am happy this morning-even the bad times in the morning seem to be getting better with the prozac. I am making up my mind to be more optimistic in the am and it seems to be paying off. Whether its the medication or me is a moot point.
Too scared to come off it - don't want to. Be grateful for feeling fine.
That book STILL hasnt arrived, and also waiting on my book from Koon and my tobacco. I love getting things in the post.
So, I continue to feeel good, but what should I be doing to avoid crashing down again? I am resigned to working at Stats for the duration so that can't depress me. And I am happy about my saving for retirement regime so that isn't going to upset me unduly. I have Ivan to love and love me. And all the pleasures of home: Arnie , beach walks, meals, TV, reading, showers, gardening...Things to look forward to? Well not quite sure if I can think of much. Christmas is a bit of a burden with Ivan gift to conjure up-not sure what I can give him....Hopefully I'll get a brainwave....Maybe  anew pair of shoes will be the right idea?
Time to get moving. I also enjoy my 300 words-diarying is a pleasure.
I estimate I will save $150,000 before I retire. That's not including interest!
All is good today.
