cat / my health connection
yesterday "abnormal urinalysis" letter from my doctor; i went through urine and blood tests 2 weeks before my cat had to go to vet for last time.
me self-medicating during last 6 months of my cat, with april him to vet with a scary vet visit and a shot of steroids. LOTS of ice cream and LOTS of soda for comfort foods, as well as other junk food, and some high suger wine.
Gonna be drinking 3 quarts of water today to help cleanse my system---the 3 quarts of water I bought for my cat to drink.
Worrying over my cat and letting my health go to hell to deal with, and now irony of trying to get healthy is helping me get over my cat being gone! If my cat had lived another year, though all sickly, with me worrying about him----I would have been dead before him!

3 quarts of water, 2 litters of tea, and gonna soon be eating a pint of tomatos.
Just don\'t detox too quickly. There can b consequences!
with me, I think it\'s way too much suger, and iron in my system (even too much coffee can cause too much iron).
I was scared, for a few years of an ex-classmate who got his legs caught off from diabetes, and another ex-classmate who got his legs cut off from pancreatic cancer, but.....last year with my cat I just gave up.
