Cars & Cat
A couple of new developments as I go down the road of moving to Atlanta...
Today and tomorrow, Jeff and I are having both cars serviced to make sure they are ready for the extensive trip. One car will be hooked to the back of the U-Haul (the older of the two, the Kia Spectra), and the other car (the Kia Rio) will be transporting the pets (our 2 cats and 2 dogs). When we make the trip, we are actually planning to stop in the middle and not attempt to do it all in one shot. That was just sooooo much driving. I'm not sure I can do that again. My rosacea didn't appreciate it. Very stressful and hard on the body. Of course, I was in a rental car at the time with an air freshener that was trying to kill me. But, I digress...
And, speaking of pets, everyone had full physical exams from the vet and did well... no issues except one. My Dahlia kitty (a rescued special needs cat with congenital EPI) has a bump on her tongue. The vet isn't sure what it is, but we may have to biopsy it, just to be sure. I'm going to keep an eye on it for the next couple of days to see if it goes down on its own. She seems perfectly healthy otherwise and may have just bit her own tongue or have a swollen taste bud. But, positive vibes and prayers are appreciated for this little one...

Who cannot love ❤️ a cat
So true, briggy! They are just adorable!
Kittens are cute and all that, but I'm a dog person!
We also have 2 dogs... we love all the furbabies. :)
