it was also in a hospital ward were a patient got a card and complained of the plight of sexuallly children she said she did it to put it on their conscience in a protest. so protesting meant that to her a means of putting something on others conscience to get them to act about something. asi said in this case sex abused children, and obviously adults as they grew up. did i do that deliberately ? yes i did. i moved it from a ward to the world outside an made it availale to a world of people, thats not bad coverage. it actually came from an acute ward, in a psychiatric hospital from one of the corridors. so there it is now maye ill get to tell her what i i one day too outside.
what of care services, is there any do they work are perhaps all questions that spring to mind.
i ffoundd that state services are possibly underfunded special crimes uunits werent available due to manpower problems etc in the police. but that was no excuse for the discard them attitudes or cruely displayed. i still fin it difficult to fathom why if youre atttacke why you nee a mental health team, when the attackers who are obviously slghtly mentallly dubious are ignored, i always get the impression its to get an easy life so they ont ave to ddo anything in places. actuallly we oo more for each other for free out of human feeling at times, so i ont know why theyre getting paid for the garbage they turned out.
its unreasonable to think that anything will be the same after an attack, you cant erase it or te reasosns or pain or anything else associated with it. so itll always be there in that sense. that happened to me an its just what happens now or te effect it has. one problem i found is that events that are serious leave eep memory pattterns that can still feel the same toay as they were 20 years ago its like reliving it over and again. thats seeme to be the way abusers work they like to keep bringing it back an some state depts seem keen to help especialllyy if they were involved in the original concealment or crime in anyway they have to keep the story up.
so care services arent always very good its all on paper again but they are possibly underfunded or under staffed or both. its a bit like us saying hey lets start our own unit to anle it all ten we need te money instead. thats always te bottom line in a way the money. it may seem ba but to o some things you need cash input so that must be available which means we would have to try to persuae others to trust us with theirs to perform the tasks of care an help an support. that includes possibly in an orphanage or geriatric or disabled "home"
another area is sueing. its one thing having a case but then you have to fin someone to do it. i assume our hypothetical care service woul handle that too with its own solicitor(s) probably a lot of people would give time an expertise free as well as taking a salary that again must be justified. you cant have mega rich people in those situations with poor children and adults, you only get a daily wage. because of having no support ourselves if we spent out time doing that instead.
actuallly i hate those bloody state services, at least at times teres some real mean evil people around it seems or at least were. i always ail to understand why a state cant say hunee bunee or darlins, or luvvy wuvums, does it afffect their perormance level or something ? it dosent afffect mine they may findd it improves it.
you may find care is bettter outside a state system but that they are cash strappped or not listened too. even a gov advisory service may advise you different to the dept youre dealing with so the areas have no standards no concern an in a way are a waste of te tax payers money. i mean why pay for that there was nothing there of any real use so wy pay. wouldnt it be sensibler to scrap them reclaim the money an start again with other units. agan im assuming they give them the reclaimed money. i always assume humanity is worth paying for as well, so i didnt unerstand what they were paid for, it was essentiallly ok if you want to do that and do it properly we'll fund it that i thought ruled. now im not so sure. i mean thing s go wrong but it is just loving concern for a abused human regardless of wether its rape or whatever, so it was difficult to fathom the attitude they displayed. all that went thru my mind was if i ever get hold of you mate, due to the sick beaviour and lies.

in the real world we pay for this in time effort an resources regarless of how small. so actually we pay all of us. we pay in articles questions time, even digital bits transmitted so we do use our resources to do such things. sonoone has any right to complain of what we do with what is essentially ours. ut if we took it further we need greater input that may inc public money, so we woul obviously have to show we do perform correctly an then show we hadnt killled or abused ourselves and allowing for mistakes, that we did keep standards of human behaviour concern love decency etc in the areas that we are/were responsible. otherwise thats where mal administration comes in. thats a state when promises arent kept records lost, reports are not made failure to investigate may occur an other such things. so you do have to do it all properly or else. thats all maladmiistration just simply administration thats not working. so its maladministration it works like that basicallly so you do have to perform as well as having good intentions! it also has to be remembered that care must be provided for those who pay an who cant at the same quality withut any concern or prejudice, so you sort of have to do it like a maintainence fund and get the level right so that if you can aford it you pay an otherwise not, so you probably end up having a mix of private and public money, an in that sense you just do it under contract to the state. but eiter way everyone must feel safe an be safe an know that we wasnt going to ignore them, that we did and do the best we can, for people who are now our friends not just clients. an all that without te big boy images or charlatans or other unscrupulous characters. can it be done, if theres a will theres a way we can if they want to.
