CAR WRECK UPDATE w/ PICS
OK, I know.......I understood I "totaled" my car but in my brain, I kept thinking it wasn't that bad. I WAS SO WRONG! I was horrified to actually see my car! All the pics are in my photos and you can tell we rolled (FLEW??) through the air as you look at the crinkles in the car top. The inside is from DW's view point. Thank God he was reclined & asleep with seat belt on or he would've seriously been injured.
Add to this, I HATE SHOPPING and now I have to schlep from car place to car place and haggle over prices. Additionally, my beloved ROD STEWART CDs (4) are missing! I was searching for my CD's while trying to find the police the registration & insurance info. LOL Hey, I know my priorities! KID first, ROD STEWART CDs next, and let's be honest, they can push 1 button and find all my registration/insurance info.
Saw the metal David found and it did indeed fit the passenger front tire hole. All this time I thought it was the back tire that blew. No wonder I heard such an explosion! Also, where we wrecked, there is no ditch. The white line on the road and rock cliff projecting out. That's why DW's side of the windshield is so caved in.
God was watching over us and I thank Him greatly. David, non-believer, said, "Well, if God was taking care of you, why'd you wreck? He'd should've been driving!" I told him God was taking care of us....we weren't seriously hurt, there were 4 student nurses right there where we wrecked, we wrecked in a remote area so the fact we had people come to aide us, and the list continues.
Anyway, enjoy the pics if you have the stomach for it. What really makes me angry is the red neck geeks taking cell phone pics while there was a NOTICEABLE CRISIS! HOW RUDE! Oh, will be shopping for Rod Stewart CD's & a car.

DEAR MECHELLE - Yeah, took about 8 days for the drunk to wear off. It would come & go. Hubby asked how it felt. LOL I told him, you ever been drunk on beer, eat a chili dog then ride the tilt-a-whirl? That\'s how it feels... Drunk & nausea.
DEAR NAN - PRAISE GOD! He is so good. I did lose my 4 Rod Stewart CDs but when I went to AMAZON to try to relocate I found MORE THAN I\'D LOST AND HAD A $40 CREDIT ! So, what Satan tried to steal, God gave me back double for my trouble just like His word promises. Can\'t wait to get about 8 CDs!!!! All for $10. THANK YOU LORD. It\'s great to know He loves me and cares about the little things!
