car crash

Had a nasty car crash a couple of hours ago and it was my fault,i went into the back of someone,i had a bad day and wasnt concentrating,im considering packing in my licence,i could have killed someone,my car is a right off i think and the poor woman in front was 2 months pregnant,she was crying and i tried to comfort her and appologised,i feel so guilty,can things get any worse.
