cant win; poor 2nd cat
Woke this morning to my OTHER cat throwing up....probably got infected from my elderly cat.
This poor 2nd cat is gonna have to get better by himself, and its not a question of money, but of him not even liking me to pick him up. Medication is totally out of the question, though will rub some catnip tea, pedialite, and hairball medication on him today and tomoorow.
Less dry food for him, too, cause dry food really isnt good for any cat----though, supposedly, can be tramatic for a cat to go without his dry food dish out all day. This cat certainly got over weight from 4ever going to his comfort food.
I probably shouldnt be giving these leftovers to the outside cats, cause of infection worries, but...
All added to it being winter, with $300 electric bill days ago cause 3 electric heaters plugged in; gonna have a monthly $300 electric bill for next 5 months.
I can be glad of letting off steam here, at least, and try to convince/con myself that lots of others are worse off.

I don\'t know much about cats and how to help. It sounds like you can only do your best with what resources you have. I hope the cat gets better soon.
Your caring and love for cats is heart warming.
Oh yeah utility bills are horrendous at this time of the year. You are right. It\'s the next five months.
For us it\'s the gas bill that is high. I did sign up for their plan where you pay a certain amount each month over the year so the bills aren\'t such a heavy blow in the winter but it\'s usually not enough and we still owe more.

up and down; yesterday funny stuff of getting meds, and squirting it into my cat\'s mouth, with him angrily wondering what\'s going on.
