I was born a addict. It has colored my life since I was a small child. The more I learn about addictive personality's, the more I see this basic root and it's effects upon the very fabric of my soul.
I am completely convinced of these personal truths.
Even if I remain sober for years, raise a family etc.; The evidence is obvious.
Now that we have firmly established what and who I am,
Do you really believe in letting me be who I was born to be?
Should laws be enacted to preserve my identity as a addict? Or maybe only after modern science can make it safer? Or maybe only after enough money and lobbying? Will it be ok then?
There. Any "why's" to these questions can be answered with the modern gay argument. Please, have at it.
From legality to, "well animals do it in nature" to health concerns. The whys are identical.

Hey, good to see you around! I cannot understand that some people think its ok for kids to jump on the living room furniture. Your kids, your furniture, your business but if they do it my house they\'ll be sitting on the floor. To me, its disrespectful & inconsiderate of peoples property destructive. Oh B.s.they\'ll grow out of it, we are not talking about 2 yr olds but 10 yr olds! Teaching impulse control should start long before hormones kick in.
