cant stop

Afternoon break usually when I bruise my face I drink at the same time to  numb the pain so I can do more damage. Cant do that as I am at work still so started on the other side of my face as the right side is swollen and hurts to much to do a lot more damage. The left side is fresh so will work on that after work. I have two rocks in the back of the car one just a rock and one with glass attached to it with adhesive. Considering using one of them. Probably jus the rock as I don't want to cut too bad. I still need to get the kids from daycare. Sunglasses should hide some of the swelling. I am just so done with this day its not even funny anymore. Surprised no one at work has noticed. I am keeping my head down and keeping quiet but I would have thought someone would have said something.
