cant sleep so guess i'll write

It's been an exhausting week.  The baby shower went well.  I did get to my first group meeting but since i was driving i just went to introduce myself and couldn't stay since it's such a long drive and i held off on my meds so i could drive.   Glad I went though.   I called my health club this week and they hooked me up with this personal trainer lady that works with MS and PD patients she is working up a program now and i meet with her next week.  There are new symptoms or side affects popping up but i see doc in a few days so will be discussed there.  It's been coldish here but sunny...  i love when it's sunny and am doing my best to keep my disposition that way.  well time to try to close these eyes again...
