Do you know, i just realised that i cant remember the last time i was pain free........ Whats more, will i ever be painless ever again? One things for sure, i'll be grabbing those good moments with both hands and will enjoy every second

I know exactly what you mean. It\'s been going on since 1994 for me (not all RA, but accident after accident after illness, etc..) and it has been just sorta a low hum in the background. The problem now is that it has broken out of the background and is full \"in your face\" pain.
