Cant get any better
Well after settlement conference on the 15th, I had to chase more crap down to stop all her lies.
On the way to my attys office on the 16th , a lady ran a red light and nailed me good. I blacked out on the first hit so others have told me that my suburban was hit very hard and rolled over another car before it stopped rolling with my head on the pavement. the suburban rolled apx. 4.5 times. The truck was on its side and was amazed when I came to a woman was right there laying in the broken glass helping me.
First time I was able to see the jaws of life in action and up close.
Probably lucky there was two churches on the corners, because everything in the truck and the truck is a total loss. Except all my legal papers were intact and not blowing around in the road.
I did suffer a good concussion, broken ankle and since I have cochlear implants both processors were in the road being walked on. And the lady was a wonderful note taker.
So with the stbx told me she wanted me in as much pain as possible I guess she got her wish.
But I WILL get better and she WILL not win.
Its easy to keep my head up now because of the neck collar. Lol
Life goes on and looking forward to a new suburban and the stbx OUT of my life for good.

oh my heavens, how traumatic for you! Don\'t let her win and things will eventually calm down. they say we have to hit rock bottom to find our way back up again, from your sense of humor, sounds like you\'re going to be ok. Good luck with everything, it\'s a sucky thing to go through!

You think that was funny he was going to she her atty pics just in case. Her atty is a real azz anyway.
Interesting talking to the others involved in the accident. They both called to check on me. That shows compassion and heart. From what they said it is a good thing I blacked out. After the first hit my suburban went airbourne end over end, with the grill landing in the lap of the third car then continued to roll another three or four times. And being out of it it took an hour to get my out of the truck. Damn lucky for all involved
