cannot sleep

Good morning everyone.I am feeling so upset again.Nothing seems to help.Think about thepeople that I hate. I can just kill them with my train hands.I am so powerful.Yet I cannot stop feeling bad.What is so good about life?I am going to have a hard time sleeping again.In the afternoon, I feel worry about the job.At night I have a bad mood again, I hate life.
