i'm still congested from bronchitis, but mostly improved.  i had it for about 3 weeks and now dissipating for about a week, its chronic so can go on for six weeks.  one of my medications DOUBLED in price this week.  i was stunned.  every time usa does something like this, i wonder where i am living?  is this america?  doesn't feel like it.  
 
this morning the weather was sunny and beautiful.  92 degrees and not humid.  great swimming weather.  but too much going on to swim (i really miss condo living where there is nothing to do but LIVE.  you pay your maintenance fee, THEY make all the decisions and handle all the building and grounds and you enjoy life.  yay!  lol.)  but i'm in a house at the minute.  so i spent the morning pruning a section of hedge that belongs to the house behind me, its generally empty and owned by a man in boca.  if i didn't prune it for him, the city would and they would charge him $220 to do this.  wth?  
also florida has a law since 2009 (i didn't even know this) that if your headlight goes out a cop can wait on the side of the road to ticket you $100 for this.  the claim is, the price will vary by county, but generally there is no longer a "fix it" option as the counties are LIVING off of these tickets.  Then there is a list of the varying prices for this ticket anywhere from $10 to even $0 as it would have been if i received the ticket one county over from here.  ITS TIME TO MOVE to another state, i no longer recommend florida if they are doing this - there are lots of states with the same climate as north florida, texas, mississippi, alabama and georgia.  that kind of behavior makes florida cops predators, not peacemakers.  i was HORRIFIED by this.  i went to the courthouse and paid it and left.  the woman says, if you drive west you can get them to sign off and you get a $20 discount on it unless he charges you something else.  and i'm like, plus the GAS at $4 per gallon getting there and back and the inconvenience.  wth?  i don't have that kind of TIME anyway, i'm busy and its just more stress and i have high blood pressure and this aspirin therapy thing going on to prevent stroke.  i don't need more aggravation.  i hope i didn't vote for this?!  i don't remember this being on a ballot, i'd never vote for it!
she says the cop should use a three strike rule and give the person WRITTEN warnings so they understand the three strike rule to fix it.  they shouldn't stalk people.  creepy.   and sit there waiting.  we are PAYING these guys to do this.  i think the next cut back should be police/sherriffs.  we can have NONE and carry guns instead, like they do in texas and switzerland.  seriously.
 
so i pruned.  lolled around on a lounge chair resting.  cleaned the bathroom floor.  got some more stuff ready for moving, though the other house is far from done and would love to know what house will be next because of the boys.  looked for land near timeshare further north and found none.  ml came in and brought me soup.  very sweet.  he isn't doing well anyway, he's just trying to work now, after having a heart attack 2 years ago.  he can't handle heat, so really, he should move to canada where his sister lives.  staying here makes no sense.  don't know what he is doing.   
the asshole that wakes up the neighborhood was up again at 4 a.m. waking up the world as she walks down the main road here, that has to be taken care of SOON.  i need her address to do something about it.  my other neighbor already warned her to stop and she keeps doing this, its going on and on for MONTHS.   
finally felt well enough to have dinner at k's, now let's see if i can recall what i ate?  lol.  martinis with queen olives, salads, soy burgers, veggies.  he is still furious because tyler cleaned him out of alllll food in the freezer and fridge and also got in trouble with a bunch of his neighbors.  anytime he is "visiting" there is drama.  k says, there will be no next time because of what happened this time.  too bad because i know he enjoys his company when its a short visit, but if it exceeds a couple of days, all shit hits the fan.
