Cane

I got a new cane today that has a optional metal spike for icy condition, that and its a formidable weapon(just kidding).  I don't like the fact that I need a cane, but if you gotta, you gotta.

I have heard about the spikes that you remove the rubber tip and replace it with the one with spikes, but this slightly different. The spike is retactable so it is always in the cane. My right side is shutting down, from my last two toes to my head. I get tired after a few blocks, but exercise is increasing my endurance. I have a stair climber that at first I could only do three minutes and now I just break ten and sometimes get to twelve. That reminds me, I should do that right now.
