Candlelight IUI?
My DH and I are sitting in the doctor's office awaiting our IUI and the power is out! It happened about 20 minutes ago and I am starting to wonder if the power will ever come back on. The specimen was spinning, so that worries me. The nurse came in to check on us and tell us if it doesn't come back on soon, we may have to gather light sources to get the insemination done. Are you kidding me? I am trying to find humor in the situation, but we've come so far I hate to miss our chance.

Mission accomplished. We had to move to the surgery side of the building. There were only 2 floor lights in the room, but it\'s done! Since we were in the area where they perform IVF, my husband was able to see his little swimmers. I hope this works!!!!!!
