Canada Trip with Dad

We just got to Lethbridge, it was a 375 mile drive.  It is fun to go on a trip with my 87 year old dad!  I learn so much listening to him tell stories.  We have two days here.  He has a meeting about his book that he is writing.  I hope that it goes well!It will be a challenge to get the exercise that I need, but I will do my best.  I already miss my husband and boys!
