ok well my husband is really into playing this computer game and part of the game is you have to play with other people and talking to them and stuff of course. but my question is should it bother me that he is really getting into joking around with the people? he keeps telling me that that they are all guys so thats good. and hes getting better at getting off so we can spend time together but he at least gets on once every day and since im there most of the time (cuz i don't have a social life yet) while he is playing, its hard to have a conversation with him cuz hes so into joking around and playing the game with the people online. should all this bother me?

It\'s understandable that it bothers you- he\'s having fun and you can\'t join in. But it\'s ok. Let him have his own friends. It\'s good that he\'s balancing spending time with them and with you. Try now to let you jealousy get to you too bad.

It sounds like computer addiction. I think anyone who uses a computer can have this happened. My son was really into gaming, and eventually met some of the people he was playing with. He was so disillusioned, he gave it up and started running. He just finished a marathon, but I think it is obsession with another name. Exercise is important, daily, but a marathon is just too much!
