Physical damage as well as the percentage of these damages are determined by the Minister in charge of pension and disability insurance and the Minister in charge of health at the proposal of the fund.

When an insured person who has previously suffered physical injury caused by an injury at work or a professional illness below 30%, this bodily injury is aggravated or a new case of bodily injury caused by an injury at work or professional illness is created, so that total physical damage is 30% or more , the insured shall be entitled to a financial compensation for bodily injury in the appropriate percentage according to a new degree of physical impairment which is determined on the basis of a new state of total physical impairment.
