Can't take much more !

I just don't know how much more i can take of this !
I think things where going to calm down for a day it seemed as if that was the case just for every thing the next day to start harder w/ more odd pains ! Now I keep having flashes of nausea and now headach/migraine trying to creep up w/ lots of tention from the top of my head down through my shoulders , I have been ice packing for hours now !
 
 It has been raining and cloudy most of the day , wounder if that has sonething to do with the way I'm feeling ???   I just know I'm feeling like crap and have to tough it out as long as I can because I don't wanna have to make yet another trip to the ER ! FEB. was the last time I was there ....   I really hate having to go in. It's only been 3 mths I was hoping to go longer before having to turn to them for help !
 
    Sometimes I just hate living in this body !
