Can't sleep - too much to think about

I have so much going on in my head right now!
AA meetings have been great.  I'm working on making connections with the women in the group as they advise to do, but I am so much better at making friends with guys.  Stems from my flirting abilities honed in my partying days.  That is the other thing.  I'm so shy and awkward with out a drink in my hand.  I need to like relearn how to meet and talk to people.  I'm sure that skill set comes with time.
I have created a pretty busy schedule for myself between work, AA meetings and the gym.  I think it should be good for me though.  I love AA meetings and I feel great about myself after working out so it should all be pretty well rounded.  Made sure my schedule allows ample time for sleep as well.  I think the best thing for me in my life is to have structure and business.  Being bored or having a lot of time for partying isn't going to do me any good if I am going to stay sober and not depressed.
The thing I'm having issues with is sleep.  Ambien just isn't cutting it.  I need Ambien CR to actually stay asleep, but since that is what I overdosed on I can't get it for a monthish.  Hence why I'm up so late writing this post.
I'm stressing over my to-do list too: Find a new car, go to the library, call the bank, call the other bank, call the health insurance company, return a pair of shoes.  None of these things are fun and I have no motivation.  I'm trying to just do 2 a day, but even that is hard.
