can't sleep again

Oh, it's 4:21am, and i can not sleep!!!  I came home from the sleep lab this morning at 7:15am, but didn't really nap until about 11 or so. Got a phone call at 2pm, then slept for another hour, then was up all day and evening. Worked around the house, got my heart rate up at a good number. It's just crazy though, that i can't sleep.
I know my schedule of sleep is off, and has been for almost a year now. I'm hoping i can go in now and get some shut eye. I'm going to do a friend a favor at 6am, and wake them up for work with a phone call. Set my alarm for that, cause i just wanna help them out, since they sometimes have a hard time waking up..
My  Mom and I have a woman come and clean and vacuum and do laundry for us, and she was supposed to come today, to get me groceries. She never showed.  I think she forgot, because she's normally very dependable. But, I don't get my home health aide services again, until April 1st.
Hate to ask my cousin AGAIN...she's done so much for me. But, i have no milk, no bread, no oj...just gettting way down there on food supplies. Praying she will call tommorrow, or i'll call my cousin.
Seems like any journal entries i name, are 'rambling", cause basically i ramble pretty darn good!!
