Can't sleep

Twelve years ago, October 23, my brother Paul was killed by a drunk driver. The middle-of-the-night phone call from the police was awful. I was traumatized by it. I never sleep well around this time of the year because of this. This past Saturday, I could not fall asleep at all. My restlessness was much worse and I could not understand why. I dozed for a few hours in the early morning.  Sunday, I found out that a man had been killed by a habitual drunk driver just a few miles from our house. The victim was leaving a church event when he was hit head-on by Kevin Ohagan. Ohagan has been arrested nearly 20 times as an adult and convicted of DWI six times. The madness has to stop! Multiple DWI offenses deserve a life sentence!
