Can Do MS

I just came from an exceptional MS Seminar called Can Do MS.  I need to keep the positive energy I got from there for quite a while, hopefully years.  A good portion of the information they told about, I already knew.  The best part was being around so many people who are in the same boat as I am.  Really, they do think that I do need to get a foot brace for my foot drop.  I will look in to it when I get home.  I am know on wi-fi at my brothers and I did not get it at the hotel because they wanted ten dollars for access.  I will go through my notes and find something that you might need to see.  The seminar was in Vail, Colorado and I am now in Aurora, Colorado.
