Can a girl get a BREAK?!
I saw my therapist yesterday, bawled my eyes out, felt slightly better for being able to actually get it all out and stop repressing it.
This morning, I dragged myself into work -- sick as a dog with a cold, just in time for the weekend. Sneezing constantly, etc etc. Blech. Seriously. I'm exhausted and just want to go home.
I'm angry at those people who I can tell don't want to hear about Juno anymore -- my husband, even my therapist, I think. I feel resentful. I've been understanding, I can understand not wanting to hear someone bawl themselves to sleep every night, I can understand the frustration of wanting to help someone and then witnessing their decline into further grief. But COME ON. Listen to me! I'm spiraling into pain and loss. Every day this week, I want to go home and put the comforter over my head in bed.
Being sick doesn't help. Grrr. Anyway, thanks to all for reading this, for your comments and hugs. I know I'm not the only one suffering from the loss of a dear pet, a little soul who enriched our lives.

Good morning Kristin! I am sick with a cold too. It is that sucky time of year. I\'m sure it doesn\'t help that we are sad. Don\'t feel bad about grieving. Do it on your own timetable. Try to think happy thoughts too though. Your Baby is in a better place now. Smiling down on you and waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge. I hope you get well soon. You can get through today. Hugs being sent your way...
I love the fall, the cooler weather, the changing colors... then there is the pollen and everything else in the air... I always get sick this time of year... living on allergy meds. I hope you feel better soon. Your body is at a low, so it\'s harder to fight every little thing. Plus, you\'re around kids all day long.
Do you think people around you may be frustrated because they can\'t help you? I agree with sanbrax that there is no timetable. I thought I was doing better, then had a set back. We loved our babies like our children and the loss is huge. Allow yourself time to grieve in your own time.
Hugs xoxo
Thanks, folks. :) A quick note to let you know I appreciate your notes. I\'m doing my best. Two classes left to teach, then a study hall to monitor....then a prep period. Not so bad. I can make it!
hi kristen, glad you got some off it off your chest with your therapist and felt a little better.i dont go on about clay anymore much to people,i did the other night cause i was real bad but generally everytime i stare for ages out the window my husband knows im fretting over clay, hes on my mind all the time.this is the place i come when i need to think and talk about him.i get real upset when ive to say it out loud so i suppose i find it easier not to talk about him all the time.my kids still bring him up a few times a week.its something thats always there unspoken.stay strong and im sure in time it will get easier,it has for me,hope you feel better soon.....hugs xx
