Came home and got sick

I came home from my trip with a stomach thing.  It kind of started up in NC but has gotten worse.  I have microscopic colitis and I have had it pretty under control but I don't know if the stress of being with my  mother caused a flare up.  I don't want to take the steroid.  I am going to see how it goes today.  Not going to take any medication and see what happens.  I have not gotten out of the house much this week.  I have not gone back to working out.  I am not sure how I feel about going there.....
