Calgon, take me away!

Well, Paul's plane was 1 hr late getting in Monday night/Tuesday Am.  Went to pick him up at the airport at 1am.  I left David hom alone with the dog in bed.  Everyone was cranky Tuesday am as we were all sleep deprived and Paul started his shouting.  Then he looks at me and says "Are you mad at me?"  No.  How could I be mad at you when you shout at me for no reason.  Then you say you are sorry and pretend it didn't happen!  No.  I'm not mad.  Paul and David got in one of their typical screaming matches.  Well, we are pretty much going on every morning now of screaming, throwing things, broken things.  Found 2 more 1/2 drank open cans of soda hidden in the basement.  The storage room is framed and partly dry walled and there are 2 doors, but there needs to be a third and they all need to be locked.  Paul doesn't want to put a door there on that last doorway as no one will see it from the finished side.  My point is that this is so we can keep all of the junk food and soda in the storage area and lock the doors.  I mentioned before that David goes down there and eats entire packages of cookies and leaves the empty package or 1/2 eaten package.  And I am battling ants right now terribly!  Not to mention that David is just on sugar overload. Found the dvd player again in his room under his bed.  No wonder he has been cranky.  He is not sleeping again.  That's it.  I am going and getting Benadryl.  I don't think the Valerian Root is working.  Big arguments, fights with him (David.)  He just says he is going to do what he wants.  He was watchng Sleepy Hollow which is rated R and he is not allowed to watch rated R movies.  I love him but when he gets like this, I don't like him.  I even feel guilty.  Hate is a strong word so I will say "strong dislike."  He flipped out again this am.  We really have to get another counselor.  And unfortunately, I totally recognize the tension in the house since Paul got back.  It was obvious and immediate.    When we went on the cruise to Alaska a few years ago, it was a perfect vacation since there were things for each of us to do and then things to do as a family.  So we all had "me" time.  When we went to Las Vegas last year, we got a suite.  So we still got a little privacy/me time.  This vacation is going to be rough.  We are driving to Bar Harbor Maine.  We are going to be together 24/7 for a week.  I am going to crawl out of my skin to spend 24/7 with them for a week!  I cannot deal with his mouth, his lying, his disrespect.  He likes that heavy metal/death rock crap.  I hate it.  It's just music, right?  He loves Friday the 13th and Jason and Freddy and Chucky from child's play.  At least he isn't into wrestling anymore.  There is nothing wrong with liking this stuff I guess.  I personally don't get it.  But he draws them and hangs them in his room!  I am really beginning to worry.  Paul needs to get him into AI DuPont Childrens Hospital for counseling.  The 2nd week of my vacation is just a week off to stay home, relax and get some things done around here.  If Paul doesn't take care of it before then, I guess I will make some calls.   Work is still stressful.  I keep saying at least I have a job.  But they demand more with less resources.   I am eating ok, along the lines of last week.  Exercise is not quite as good as last week, but last week was over the top.  I have to keep going.  I just feel like my family is such a huge distraction from me across the board.  I can't clean my house, I can't get my work done, I can't focus on me and getting my exercise in or eating right.  I know in a way it is an excuse.  I control me.  But that is the way I feel right now.
