Cable company
The cable company came out. Unfortunately ì still have Dots on my tv. I guess some of their other clients also have Dots on their TV so I'm not the only one. The cable company wants me to document dates time TV channel and show when the Dots come on the TV. That takes time and work. I can't even enjoy watching TV. Ugh and it's been a year with the Dots on̈ the TV and TV problems. The cable company said they would be in touch. Will see time will tell. I need prayers thanks. I just hope n pray someday I can just relax and enjoy watching TV.

hi friend, we're sorry your tv and cable hasn't been working well, the past year, and that there's some dots that appear on the tv. i'm very hopeful another technican can come to your home and can look at your tv, especially to see the dots, and can help fix the issue, just incase they aren't able to fix it after the other technician checked it. it seems like it could be an issue with their signal, from the tv cable company source. it may be something in their lines, or computers, causing it. we completely understand, in the early 2000's, our new digital cable use too freeze up, and they needed to change the entire line that is connected from the telephone pole to our house. please keep us updated when you can. we completely understand how frustrating tv/cable issues can be. sending our best wishes, hoping all is repaired very soon. big caring hugs from us all.
