Cable

I've been having trouble with my cable for about a month now.  The box I'd had for about 2 years went out and I went to the office to get a replacement.  The girl said I had an old box and she'd give me a new one.  I got the "new" box and connected to the t.v. and it worked great for a while.  Then, the picture started pixalating and freezing which is pretty bad when you're watching a hockey game and it pixalates when a goal is made.  Thank goodness for replays.  But, it affected other programs as well which made for bad viewing.  Had a guy come out and he said he'd fixed it.  Well, for a while at least.  Then it started all over again.  Called them a day later and a tech tried to fix it from the office.  Worked for a while and it was back again.  Called them this week and had a guy come out this morning.  He said I had an old box!  I told him it couldn't be old because I got it only a month before.  He insisted it was old and said he didn't even have the box in his truck anymore.  Sooo, I've got a "new" box that's about half the size of the first old box.  It took him 3 trips to get it set up because he had to find some special connectors for it.  Guess we'll see how good the great box is.  There's a hockey game tonight.
