I am very sad to say that I decided to file a formal complaint with the Dept of Education Procedural Safegaurds. After going over my sons file with a fine tooth comb, and with the extra eyes of my Advocate, I have come to understand there are several areas in which his IEP is being violated. When I bring these issues to the table, the issues are danced-around. I will no longer waste time at the expense of my sons education. If they truly do not know the anwsers, then I guess it will be a learning process for all. And, if they are aware of the anwsers and are just giving me the runaround God have mercy on them.

I am sorry about the situation you are in. I think you are heading to the right direction. They do need to pay attention and not dance around the issue. Wish you the best luck and feel better soon!
I used to be a teacher and I know how frustrating it can be for parents, some educators and administrators just don\'t take the time to address all the issues with parents. Good luck!!
