Bye Bye?

Best beloved sis (BBS) goes back to her East Coast life tomorrow. I have less than 24 hours left of our 2 week visit. No! No! No! No puede ser!!! During our visit to the Urban Homestead, there was a massive conspiracy on how to keep her here, but. . . Alas, taking hostages isnae in our nature. Still. . . I wonder if I can tie her to one of the cows in the pasture and hope the investigators her husband sends after us donae know enough about cows to spot the anomoly. Just wondering. . . So far. . .

Time is, indeed, relative, Mister Einstein. The good times go much faster than the hard times.

Good times are like a string of sunny islands in the ocean. Once you land on one beach, you can stay briefly...but there will be a time to get out on the ocean again and find another island.

BBS groaned a negatory moo when I told her I would call the cow she was tied to, "The Old Cow Kluge." Some people are so-o-o-o sensitive.

Time does, indeed, invite poetic metaphor.

"Time you old gypsy man
"Why can't you stay?
"Why don't you put up your wagon
"And play for just one day?" ~J. Huffman
