Here's the good, bad and ugly:
Good - didn't have to drive today.
Bad - I owe taxes this year even though I had 0 exemptions on my paycheck.
Ugly - $535 AFTER paying $218 just to find that out. Nice.
Guess I'll be biking to work to save the gas money until April.... and it was -4 this morning, lol. And felt too guilty about my finances to buy myself flowers - but I've got seeds to use this summer, so no problem. And at least I have a roof over my head (even though it's shingles are curling, lol), and I can eat, though it will be lean! Biking to work - well, at least that will help me reach the weight loss goal!

You go girl! Although I\'m not sure you should bike in -4. That might involve a trip to the hospital that you can\'t afford. I can\'t afford it either. Glad to have you as a friend.
Oh and where did you get the id mtnlionbait? I just have to know.
- 4 is no problem if there\'s no wind (I\'m used to it and have LOTS of layers, lol) and work is only 2 blocks away - I use the car for office errands.
And my id... I\'m a slow mountain biker, lol. I usually bring up the rear in all my biking activities - in mountain lion country.
Oh! And I can practice sprinting (and make myself faster) during those errands! Unless it snows, which it will (FEET), just because I\'m trying to save, lol. (I also cross country ski :P)
I am anxiously awaiting the word from my accountant and I\'m really hoping for a big return... but things have been so up in the air I might get a surprise like you did!
