Busy week

This week has been a busy week.  Monday, I visited the local Nursing Home. Drove 60 miles to my daughters, stayed with my grandkids till she got home then, drove home.  Tuesday, I ran the snowblower, made quite a few phone calls to some sick and shut-in people to be sure they were alright and if they needed anything.  Wednesday, I got a call from the local Nursing home and the band they had scheduled couldn't make it, due to the roads so, I went and done a piano concert for them.  I came home, changed clothes and then went to Bible Study.  Thursday, I went to the hospital to visit my 94 year old friend and had prayer with her.  I also made some phone calls and wrote some letters to friends in the Military.  Friday, I drove 60 miles, one way to a hospital, to visit a lady that is 75 years old. I officiated her daughter's wedding this past July.  I won her to the Lord and had special prayer with her.  She has pneumonia.  I then drove back 35 miles where I used to live and visited another nursing home where a friend of mine's dad and mother are.  I visited with them and had prayer with them then, drove home.  Today, I went to a friend if mine's 80th birthday party.  I did her daughter's funeral a couple of years ago. I them drove to the hospital and visited my 94 year old friend again.  She is doing better and may get released to go back to the nursing home, Monday or Tuesday.  Tomorrow, I do my regular teaching Sunday School and Preaching the morning service. I love what I do.  I count it a blessing and never a burden.
