Busy Times

Well, the fall semester is among us.  I am so super busy at work right now.  I worked 8 days straight, off one, now I'm on 6 in a row.  I'm glad I've been keeping so busy, its really helped keep my mind off of things I dont want to think about.  My husbands birthday was this week. He had a good day, and I enjoyed it with him.  I also had an interview today for a promotion at work.  It's in a different department, but the money is good, and I know without a doubt that I am capable of doing the job.  I just hope I get it.  I wont be upset if I dont, as I do like where I'm at, but the money would be nice.  I still think a lot about my friend who passed everyday.  I'm still being hard on myself about it.  I hope these feelings will pass soon enough.  I know I wont forget him, i just need to quit thinking about it so much.  The guilt is tearing me up on the inside.  It'll get better I know.  Other than that, things are good, life has just been super busy and will continue that way till the middle of November.  I'm sorry to my friends on here that I haven't been around much.  I'm excited at the prospect of starting a new Gay Mens Forum.  When I was coming out, everyone on there helped me so much.  I met a lot of good people from there and a few of them I am now personal friends with.  I look forward to hopefully helping others the way I have been helped over the last several years.  I am blessed to find such a group of guys and great friends.  I have been exercising like a banshee lately.  Since I got with my husband about 3.5 years ago, I gained a lot of weight back, and I'm trying to lose it again.  Its a struggle, but it has to be done.  I've been enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having before the dreaded cold winter starts.  I am not a fan of cold and snow at all.  One day we're moving somewhere where there is no snow.  Anyway, I think I'm going to watch Designing Women, and get ready for bed.  Tomorrow is another busy day with a 3 mile walk, a Dr's appointment and then work.  I hope everybody I know has a wonderful day, and enjoys life to its fullest.
