BUG INFESTED APT BUILDING

I like/love where I live; it's a small town, has a lot to offer, and I  like/love my apt building; BUT...some of the tenants are slobs; some have finally gotten kicked out for it, though they've left behind their bugs.  The poor manager is stuck cleaning the building up.

I killed a cockroach near my apartment, minutes before the exterminator showed up to kill bugs in apt next to mine.  And  a couple weeks ago a tenant on floor below me was seated in the building's general area...because...her apt getting heat treated for bedbugs?

I've been taking xanax to sleep, got new carpets, put everything in tight Walmart plastic containers, am bleeding hundreds of dollars for last 2 months in throwing away stuff or 4ever going to laundymat with my stuff to be safe.  And, I've been vacuming a lot more than normal, and watching too many youtube videos for hints about bug exterminating.

I also have diamatrious dirt at edges of my baseboard---to worry of that killing me before any bugs get killed.

Can't win; HUD apts are very rare to come across now cause of too many people in USA---and another clean-enough apt building in town long ago had bedbug problems, and in a town maybe 30 miles away the apt building there supposedly has bedbugs.   And, I long ago read of even fancy/expensive NYC hotels having bedbugs.

Hopefully, Christmas will be bug-free for where I live; gonna be a long three months till then.
