Diana’s diverse background in the design and construction industry began in 1995 when she graduated from the University of Civil, Industrial and Agricultural Constructions, Bucharest. She quickly joined a big Institute for Rolling Mills where she gained first-hand experience and later with a local structural engineering firm. Euro House Construct it's a constructions-consultancy, engineering and architecture services enterprise established in 2003, disposing of young and well-trained staff.

It was developed as a joint venture between DPGS and AIG with AIG taking the active development role. The Ensight team acted on behalf of the joint venture partners, overseeing project execution, tenant coordination, handover and commissioning. Ensight Solutions assisted the developper in their taking over the building with only the structure complete and optimise the original design in architectural, mechanical and electrical aspects. With a combination of value engineering and design optimisation, the overall specification was improved in all aspects for a price within the original budget. He is responsible for designing any kind of structure working on building design, construction, repairs and extensions. He is working closely with architects, MEP Engineers and draftsmen team. Laura graduated in 2005 from Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest, degree in Civil Industrial and Agricultural Construction and she followed also the second cycle in Special Technologies in Construction – graduated in 2006. She is experienced mostly in Reinforced concrete structures and foundations. She is good in coordinating with other specialties and with our draftsmen team. Alex graduated in 2007 Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest with a Civil Engineer diploma and he followed also the second cycle in Management for construction – graduated in 2010.
