'Twas a few weeks before Christmas, and it was too cold to BIKE-ride to the gym today, so I drove there and worked out, made up the difference by tacking on an additional 20 minutes to the 20 minute elliptical cardio portion of the workout, then pushed weights as usual, then an additional 20 minute cardio "cool-down" on the stationary bike.  Wooo!!!  Feel tired, but GOOD tired, y'know what I mean?  Re-stoked the furnace...inside the body core.  Good for fighting the cold weather outside..."when the weather outside is frightful, the fire is so delightful..."
Contestants on Biggest Loser did their inspiring.  Tomorrow should warm up enough to get a bike-ride in...maybe go over to Quiet Waters Park and watch the people waterski, soak up the good vibes, listen to young minds and their young conversations..
